These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Voyara website and the travel services we arrange. By booking with us or using this website you agree to these terms.

A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed booking form and deposit. The deposit amount is shown on your proposal. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted per person and are subject to availability until your booking is confirmed.

If you wish to change or cancel your journey, please contact us in writing. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure the cancellation is made and on the conditions of our suppliers.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary when necessary. We will always inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any health requirements for your destination. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the moment you book.

Voyara acts as an agent for the hotels, guides and transport providers included in your journey. We take great care in selecting our partners, but we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
